Picture 5 shows the beginning of the hollowing of the bowl. You'll need a steep angle of attack with your tools to avoid the wings, so make sure they're sharp, and re-sharpen the moment that you notice them getting slow to cut. You want to avoid catches and excess stress on the wood.

Pictures 6 and 7 show the continuing of the bowl formation and the cleaning up of the wings. Use light cuts on the wings, they'll flex under wind load.
