Cutting Diagram

Begin by cutting out the Back, Front, Bottom, Tray Wall, and Tray Bottom and Tray Supports.

Then cut the two End pieces 9” x 12”. Mark the End pieces at 4 ½” on the 9” bottom line. Mark a perpendicular line from this mark to the top as in the diagram. At the top, mark 1” left and right of the perpendicular line. Next on the Left End piece mark 10” on the left side and 6” on the right. On the Right End piece mark 6” on the left and 10”on the right. Connect the lines at the top to cut off the scrap.

Cut the corner scrap off the top of the Ends.

Clamp Ends to the Bottom board and drill pilot holes.

Put four 1-½” screws into the bottom edge and then attach the other End with four screws.

Now attach the Back and the Front to each End with ¾” screws, four down each side and five across the Bottom.
