The shape of the stamp is a "worm".  Preceding this design was arched stamp found on very few saws.  One of them is a backsaw - Steel Back, 3-Cove, Closed Handle by McNiece presented on previous page.

Applewood Closed Handle.  Two Standard and one Label Screw.

The Label Screw reads:
