In the next picture you will see that I have made some good progress, and now I am going to start using my very sharp Vixen file to remove material.
After the vixen work and several trips to the sandpaper, I have a pretty flat sole.
I consider 90% coverage with the bluing to be good enough,
The sides are not perfectly flat because my sandpaper was curled. A few
passes on finer paper and it will be perfect. James D. Thompson
