There is an interesting story behind the acquisition of this saw.  I wrote a report and it is posted in the "The Hunt is On" section.  You can read it here.  In short, this is infamous "Cowboy's Saw".  Here is what it looked like when I found it.

The Label Screw (Medallion):

Handle Fastening:  Three nickel-plated screws, and one brass label screw - medallion.
